UTAC holds a drone, robotics, and technology tactical training event that takes place annually at the Guardian Centers of Georgia, a world-class facility that sets the stage for an unparalleled experience for both attendees and exhibitors. The UTAC 2025 training campus is located on a former cruise missile manufacturing facility in Perry, Georgia. It is an 830-acre campus that was expanded and purpose-built for advanced training and exercises. The campus is also approved for 24/7 daytime, nighttime, and air mobility operations, enhancing UTAC's training capabilities. This campus serves as a unique backdrop for UTAC's immersive training scenarios, allowing for a real-world environment where attendees can validate the latest drone, robotics, and augmenting technologies and tactical equipment in situations that mimic actual operational conditions.

UTAC’s training grounds, at the Guardian Centers in Georgia, offer live-fire, explosive, and small arms ranges. Multiple explosives testing ranges and dedicated breaching walls can be found throughout the campus. In addition to fixed explosive ranges and breach walls, the cityscape provides explosive breaching opportunities on doors and windows throughout the training area.

With 75 acres of realistic urban terrain, including 80 structures, including one-to-three-story buildings with stairwells and rooftop access, and 16 city blocks, the cityscape allows for true immersion during UTAC. Structures replicate common urban-area businesses and government buildings, and the cityscape includes two city blocks of dynamic collapsed structures housing realistic, multi-story steel and concrete collapses with dynamic flooring systems that can be lowered, raised, or flattened to represent different stages of collapse.
